The BioRegenesis Experience adheres to a 7-day FULL REFUND sales policy and a strict NO REFUND policy on all online programs, live events, seminars, workshops or retreats. If you cannot attend the online program or course, live event, workshop or retreat you purchased, you must call or email 30 days prior to scheduled live event, seminar, workshop or retreat in order to be eligible to receive a full 100% credit, which will be applied to a future online programs and courses, live event, workshop or retreat of equal value. 

"No shows" (not showing up on the day of the purchased live event, workshop or retreat) DO NOT qualify to receive ANY credit due to failure to comply with above mentioned cancellation policy.

To receive full credit for a cancelled event, seminar, workshop or retreat, you must call or email info@jrdltdconsulting.com for an authorization number. This number must be given to reception at the future live event, seminar, workshop or retreat.
